Telum provides services across four complementary lines of Operation; Consulting and Operational Analysis, Special Operations and Intelligence Support, Training Services and Support, and Specialized Equipment and Technical Support.

	Perception IR Special Services (PIR) is a SDVOSB, founded in 2009, and located in the Tampa, FL region. PIR provides support in the areas of: Intelligence, Special Operations, Counter-IED, R&D, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Training, Security Operations and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles to the DoD, and other government entities. PIR’s depth of experience within the Tier One (SOF) and intelligence communities enables the company to provide consultants with specifically tailored expertise to critical, high-priority programs in support of our Nation’s objectives.
	Technical Control Consultants (TC²) is a SDVOSB specializing primarily in the engineering and installation of communications solutions for the Warfighter. TC² provides training to users for emerging C4ISR technologies. The design and integration of enhanced communication systems and providing refresh engineering for aging systems to extend service life are an integral part of TC² solutions.
	Vighter Medical Group, LLC (VMG) is the premier provider of comprehensive medical direction and medical support services. We develop highly customizable medical solutions for government and commercial customers based upon VMG’s vast knowledge of medicine and “boots on the ground” special operations experience. VMG is a verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and certified HubZone small business located in Winona, MN.
